How to set up an account
Open your account online as usual and then we will apply the discount to your account for all future orders once it has been accepted. (or email us and we'll do it for you.) You will then receive your supplies on the next working day.
When you need to order again, just email your purchase order to us with details of the items required, it could not be any simpler.

Is there a minimum spend for my account?
£25 per order (£30 inc VAT)
What are your payment terms?
Payment is due immediately, however, we can offer 30-day net credit terms for your convenience (payment must be made within 30 days after the goods are invoiced). 0% interest rate.
How long does it take to process my application?
During office hours, we typically respond in around an hour. Our office is open 9am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
How do I order using my credit account?
The most efficient way is to send your purchase order by email.
Can I send orders to different addresses?
Yes. We can set up multiple addresses under your account so that your supplies get sent to the places that need them.
Is this a contract?
No. There is no commitment to buy from us. If you're not happy you can stop using us at any time.
