Guaranteed Quality
When you choose one of our own money-saving aftermarket cartridges you'll enjoy a 12-month money-back guarantee. Just return the item in its original packaging! Every ink and toner we sell is ISO-approved to deliver the sharp, reliable print quality you expect.
Will aftermarket cartridges affect my printers warranty?
It is against the law for any manufacturer to claim this as set out in The Competition Act of 1998. The guidelines are clear on the monopoly of consumer goods, which allows consumers free choice. If the printer breaks within the first year during the standard warranty period, the manufacturer cannot refuse to cover the product because an aftermarket cartridge has been used. This is unless they can prove that the aftermarket cartridge caused the printer to break. In 24 years of trading, this has never happened using our products.
After 12 months, if you take an extended warranty, they may be able to refuse under the terms and conditions of the warranty. The first thing you should do is contact us to establish if the problem is with the printer or cartridge. Whether it is the printer or the cartridge causing the problem we will guide you towards the appropriate solution.
In summary, there is no risk in using our own-brand cartridges.
